Refunds, Returns & Replacement Policy
Please read before purchasing from T’s Bath n Body Care, if you purchase any item you are agreeing and accepting to these terms. Full refund will only be given if it meets our returns/refunds policy and full Refund/Return/Exchange will only be given to the price of the item purchased (Excludes shipping/delivery cost) If you require a refund please read our refund/returns policy this only applies to DOA (Damaged on arrival).
Due to the nature of products we sell several types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded (skin care products). Refunds are only given for candles if they are damaged on arrival (not due to you accidently breaking them). We require pictures or a video in regards to any damages when your product is delivered. You must notify us as soon as you open and notice that it is damaged. When we ship any products they are checked for any damages before they leave us, any damages would be the fault of the couriers. Refunds will not be given after 1 day. Refunds will be void if it exceeds this time.
You are required to contact us for any returns, refunds within 1 day of delivery, any contact for returns, refunds after this time it will be VOID as you should know upon arrival of your delivery if it is damaged in any way. Usually 1 day is enough time to let us know if there are any issues to report to us.

We DO NOT accept Refund/Return/Exchange for change of mind, not what you expected on delivery, found it elsewhere cheaper or do not want the item anymore, wrong address provided and not while the product is still in transit. We DO NOT accept Returns/Refunds/Exchange for perishable goods. All Approved Returns/Refunds/Exchanges must be in the same condition as when you received it, be in original packaging, not damaged, soiled or altered by you in any way.
There is a process that has to be completed before we approve or reject returns/refunds/replacements.
If any issues with any product please send an email including pictures or video of the condition of the product received and an explanation of why you would like to return the product and if the item is eligible for return. We will notify as to whether or not we require the product to be returned to us. Please do not return the product to us without our prior consultation, credit will not be given in this case. We do not refund postage costs.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded. We also do not accept refunds or returns for products that are intimate or any skincare products, soaps of any kind, bath and shower products of any kind.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without our prior consultation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If approved for a refund, and you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. This includes all of our products
Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact us first.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your approved replacement product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
